Early Access & Founder Rewards – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Early Access, Founder Edition, and Early Supporter offers (“Offers”) provided by LevelUp Library (“we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling, registering, or using the LevelUp Library platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Purpose of Early Access Offers
The Early Access program is designed to reward early users who support and help shape LevelUp Library during its initial growth phase. These offers are limited, discretionary, and promotional in nature.
2. Eligibility & Determination
Eligibility for Early Access rewards is determined solely by:
Successful account registration, and
The chronological order of completed sign-ups recorded by our systems.
LevelUp Library reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility, thresholds, and categorization of users.
Use of multiple accounts, false information, automation, or any attempt to manipulate eligibility will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Founder Edition – First 1,000 Users
3.1 Eligibility
The first 1,000 registered users of the LevelUp Library application are eligible for the Founder Edition.
3.2 Benefits
Eligible Founder Edition users will receive:
Lifetime access to Premium features, at no monetary cost.
3.3 Interpretation of “Lifetime”
For the purpose of these Terms:
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the LevelUp Library platform and its Premium offerings.
It does not imply a guaranteed duration of service or feature permanence beyond the existence of the platform.
3.4 Limitations
Founder Edition benefits are personal, non-transferable, and non-saleable.
Benefits may be revoked if an account is found to be in violation of these Terms or the general Terms of Service.
4. Early Supporter Edition – Users 1,001 to 5,000
4.1 Eligibility
Users registering after the first 1,000 and up to 5,000 total users are eligible for the Early Supporter Edition.
4.2 Benefits
Eligible Early Supporter users will receive:
One (1) month of Gold Membership free of charge, and
A 60% lifetime discount on applicable paid individual subscription plans.
4.3 Discount Scope
The lifetime discount applies only to individual consumer plans available at the time of purchase.
The discount does not automatically apply to enterprise, institutional, bundled, or future premium plans unless expressly stated.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
5. Modification, Suspension & Discontinuation
LevelUp Library reserves the right to:
Modify, pause, or discontinue Early Access offers for future users.
Adjust reward structures as the platform evolves.
Any modification will not retroactively affect benefits already granted, unless required to prevent misuse, fraud, or legal non-compliance.
6. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
To maintain fairness for all users:
Creating multiple accounts to gain additional benefits is strictly prohibited.
Any misuse, exploitation, or abuse of Early Access rewards may result in suspension or termination of benefits.
LevelUp Library retains the right to audit accounts to ensure compliance.
7. No Monetary Value
Early Access rewards have no cash value.
They cannot be exchanged, refunded, assigned, or transferred.
Rewards exist solely as promotional benefits tied to eligible accounts.

Official communication regarding eligibility or rewards will be sent only through authorized LevelUp Library channels.
9. Governing Authority & Final Decision
All decisions regarding eligibility, interpretation, and enforcement of these Terms are made by LevelUp Library.
Such decisions shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
10. Acceptance
By enrolling, registering, or continuing to use the LevelUp Library platform, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms in full.
